Content on this website is provided for general community information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date. Where this website summarises the constitution, the full constitution prevails.

Event dates, times, venues and activities may change or be cancelled, including at short notice or due to weather. Please check the event page before attending. Attendance at MHCG activities is at your own risk and you remain responsible for children in your care.

This website links to external sites such as our membership form, payment services and community resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Information you submit through enquiry forms, RSVPs and registrations must be accurate and must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe anyone's rights. We may decline, edit or remove submissions.

Photographs and video taken at MHCG events may be published on this website and our community channels. You can ask us to remove an image of you or a child in your care — see our Privacy Policy.

The MHCG name, logo, text and images on this website belong to MHCG or are used with permission. You may share and link to our pages for community purposes; please ask before reproducing content commercially.

The website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we are not liable for any loss arising from unavailability.

Forms, payments, email and messaging are handled by third-party providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and conditions.

Our WhatsApp groups, mailing list and event spaces are for respectful, inclusive community engagement. Abuse, harassment, discrimination and unlawful conduct are not tolerated.

Administrators may pause a conversation, remove content or restrict participation where behaviour undermines community values. Complaints about members are handled under the constitution's disciplinary and appeal process. Email admin@mhcommunitygroup.com.au to raise a concern.

Contributions to MHCG are voluntary and are NOT tax-deductible. MHCG does not issue tax-deductible donation receipts or charitable receipts.
