Join & Support MHCG
Registering takes a couple of minutes. Membership is open to anyone 18 or over who lives in the Macarthur Heights area or owns property here. MHCG is a volunteer-led not-for-profit incorporated association, and contributions are voluntary and not tax-deductible.

Register through the official membership form
Our membership form is the source of truth for registrations. Use the button, or scan the QR code with your phone camera.

Complete every required field on the membership form.

Choose the category that applies to you: Owner, Renting or Investor.

Accept the applicable terms and submit the form.
- 4
You'll see a confirmation message and, where configured, receive an acknowledgement email.

The secretary refers your application to the committee for approval, then invites payment of the $25 annual household subscription.

Pay by PayID or bank transfer, then email your receipt with your full name and membership number to accounts@mhcommunitygroup.com.au.
Fees & contributions
How membership fees and voluntary contributions are used
As a volunteer-led not-for-profit incorporated association, MHCG relies on membership fees, voluntary contributions, volunteers and community support to deliver local activities. Funds are applied to advance the association's community purposes, as determined by the committee and reported to members, including reasonable administration and operating costs.
- Community events, barbecues and outdoor movie nights
- Venue hire and equipment
- Public liability insurance
- Printing and communications
- Cultural activities, playgroups and local initiatives
- All cheques and negotiable instruments must be signed by two authorised signatories, and spending is reported to members at the annual general meeting.

Support
Support MHCG
MHCG is a volunteer-led not-for-profit incorporated association. Optional contributions help support community events, communications, local projects, administration, insurance, compliance and other activities that advance our community purpose.
Contributions are voluntary. You do not need to contribute financially to take part in the community or come along to MHCG activities.
- Membership
- The $25 annual household subscription that makes you a member with voting rights under the constitution.
- Voluntary contribution
- An optional extra amount towards community activities. Never required, never expected.
- Event payment
- A ticket or cost-recovery payment for a specific event, such as catering or equipment hire.
- Sponsorship
- A local business supporting an event or project, usually with agreed acknowledgement.
- Reimbursement
- Repayment to a volunteer for a properly incurred, approved expense — not a contribution.
- Donation
- A gift of money or goods to the association. It is not tax-deductible and no charitable receipt is issued.
