MHCG Annual General Meeting 2026

Join us for the MHCG Annual General Meeting on Sunday, 30 August 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by a community BBQ. Members will hear annual reports, participate in committee elections and discuss proposed constitutional amendments. Attendance is for MHCG members only.

Agenda : • Welcome, apologies and confirmation of a quorum. • Confirmation of the minutes of the 2025 AGM and any special general meeting held since that meeting. • Receive the committee’s report on MHCG activities for 2025–26. • Receive and consider the Treasurer’s financial statement or report for 2025–26. • Election of office-bearers and ordinary committee members for the next term. • Discussion regarding formalising MHCG’s not-for-profit status. • General business notified to the Secretary prior to issuing this notice; other business permitted under the Constitution.
